Christopher Kolden L.M.T

ABOUT ME

As a Massage Therapist, Christopher approaches massage as both a method to treat acute pain and stress, as well as a component in long term rehabilitation. Drawing heavily on his understanding of Kinesiology, Christopher looks at a client’s issues, taking into account their daily habits and movement patterns to formulate unique treatments. Working intuitively and a firm believer that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to bodywork, Christopher combines a number of modalities, ranging from Trigger Point to Thai, throughout each session, responding to each individual’s body as it responds to the work.

As a Somatic coach Christopher using his training in Poly-Vagal theory, 5PP,  meditation and Bioenergetics to help clients better understand the sometimes overwhelming sensations in the body that we often block out,  supress or otherwise try to avoid, and how to navigate them.

BEING OF SERVICE TO THOSE WHO ARE OF SERVICE TO OTHERS

There are a lot of people out there who work hard to make our communities a better place.  People who donate their time and go above and beyond to help others. People who take care of others better then they take care of themselves. If you know someone like that, let us know.  Let’s help them so they can keep helping others.
